The collection “United“ is an exploration and meanings of materials. Inspired by the diferences and values of textiles in different societal contexts, it merges traditional Thai silk sourced from various sources throughout Thailand with normal yet unconventional materials such as amulets, football jerseys and handmade adornments. The result is a unity of material through temporary constructions and manipulations on a body.
